Branding
Signature design by José María Olazábal with all rights of use to his name, image and likeness as the designer of the golf course.
Design Works
Full golf course architecture design works. This includes comprehensive planning deliverables from the initial site analysis to concept, schematic and detail design as well as working drawings and tender documentation for selection of the golf course construction company.
Supervision
Site supervision and monitoring of works during the golf course construction phase by the Olazabal Design team, inclusive of personal visits by José Maria Olazábal.
Sustainability
Sustainability planning and, where desired, management of sustainability certification with an independent, third party, certification authority.
Marketing
Marketing support for the Developer during the planning, development, pre-opening, and opening phase to maximise the benefits of the affiliation.
