Ballesteros Course at Club de Campo in Madrid

Following a public tender, Olazabal Design was selected to renew the back nine holes of the Yellow Course, originally designed by Severiano Ballesteros, at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid in Spain. Once complete, the project will allow Club de Campo to offer two top-quality 18-hole layouts just 10 minutes from the centre of Madrid. "It is a great joy for the club that a figure of the status of Jose María Olazábal will build upon Seve Ballesteros' legacy with the renewal of the Yellow Course," said Juan Carlos Vera Pro (pictured left), Director of Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, and added: "Preserving Seve’s essence will be an important part of this project, and there is no better designer in the game to meet this objective."
